The location of this hotel is superb, right in the heart of the city center. It is conveniently close to all amenities and within walking distance to major attractions. The rooms are nicely done and comfortable, with good beds and showers. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing attentive service. Guests can enjoy beautiful views from the terraces. The hotel also offers a coffee machine and a fridge with breakfast items, adding convenience to the stay.

we had fine twin room with the kitchen, three single beds, as for instance. absolutely incredible and excellent location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed.

Clean hotel, HELPFUL staff, favourable and magnificent location close to all amenities. Brand-new & fine room, with a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and an iron and ironing board. Feather pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Location really close to surrounding areas and the center. Nearby El Tigre - great place to chill out.

The location of this place near the metro station was really good and amazing.

i had an a twin room and it was quiet with three single beds crammed in. the favourable and excellent location walk from a bus stop was just what i needed.

This place offers excellent accommodation with a fantastic location near the city center and restaurants.

The location was good because it was just off restaurants, the centre, and surrounding areas of Gran Via. My room included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. The employees at the hotel were very very nice.

Perfect place for me. Always come back here for holiday. Staff helped with insect bite at first stay. Wi-Fi, luggage storage, welcome drink, flat-screen TV, game room, air conditioning. Love this place. No regrets.

The setting was particularly good, a short walk to the centre of Madrid and restaurants. We loved the Centro district. - We greatly enjoyed having a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven in the room. - the city view from the room was amazing.

The terrace was charming with a friendly receptionist and clear explanations. Convenient breakfast in the refrigerator and a well-equipped communal kitchen. Superb location with a nice shared deck space and a working elevator.

Excellent hotel with exceptional views over the city. Particularly good location, relatively near an urban park. Set not far from the center of Madrid and restaurants and surrounding areas of Gran Via in a lovely area.

The value for money at Lux Penthouse Gran Via was excellent, with a great room and a central location. The staff treated us wonderfully, providing helpful information and a warm welcome.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a greater variety of options.
